Reservations
- Rates subject to all applicable Hawaii state taxes.
- Deposit of min $200/week max $600.
- Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Prices based on 4 person maximum occupancy.

- Late check out option may be available and will be charged at cost of up to a full day stay. Please arrange ahead of time if needed.
Cancellations
We advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance in the case of an emergency cancellation. For a deposit refund, less a $100.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. We will refund any monies received if we can re-book your rental dates.
