Condo #03 is a partial ocean view located on the lower level just steps away from the pool, lawn area, barbecue grills and sandy beach. The furnished lanai has a partial ocean view for you to enjoy. This condo will sleep 4 comfortably with a Queen Size Bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious living room, tastefully decorated in a Hawaiian theme, includes a large flat screen TV. The newly remodeled kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with updated appliances including a dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Also included with this unit is a safe, cooler, beach chairs and assorted cookware and dishes. There is a split system A/C unit and a ceiling fan is both the living room and the bedroom. Parking is complimentary and WIFI is unlimited. Condo #03 is part of the Kihei Kai Rental Association which has an on-site office and an after-hour phone number for your convenience.
