Condo #20 is a partial ocean and garden view unit located on the lower level. This attractively decorated and well-maintained condo includes an updated kitchen that is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware. This condo will sleep 4 comfortably with a Queen Size Bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities included in this unit are the split system A/C, ceiling fans and TV in both the bedroom and living room. Parking is complimentary and WIFI is unlimited. Condo #20 is part of the Kihei Kai Rental Association which has an on-site office and an after-hour phone number for your convenience.

Hawai’i Facts: Silversword
The silvery hairs, fleshy leaves, and low-growing rosette form of Hawai’i Silverswords allow them to survive in hot, dry climates like the aeolian desert cinder slopes of the crater at Haleakala National Park on Maui and the high deserts of Mauna Loa on the Big Island of Hawai’i.
Silverswords live between 3 and 90 years or more. They flower once, sending up a spectacular flowering stalk, and then die soon afterward, scattering drying seeds to the wind.

Welcome Our New Managers
This month we welcome our new managers Jesse and Kaleb! Kaleb joins our team as the complex manager after working as a handyman and contractor on Maui for the past 2 years. Jesse joins our team as the rental manager after working as a property manager on Maui. They are both excited and thankful to begin serving Kihei Kai and creating a great memorable experience for all its guests and owners!
