Condo #20 is a partial ocean and garden view unit located on the lower level. This attractively decorated and well-maintained condo includes an updated kitchen that is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware. The bathroom is also recently remodeled. This condo will sleep 4 comfortably with a Queen Size Bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities included in this unit are the split system A/C, ceiling fans and TV in both the bedroom and living room. Parking is complimentary and WIFI is unlimited. Condo #20 is part of the Kihei Kai Rental Association which has an on-site office and an after-hour phone number for your convenience.
“The condo was beautiful- The decor the design and the location. They had everything we needed to make our trip the best-grills beach side, hose to rinse off and fully stocked kitchen. Almost any utensil or small appliance you could think of just in case. The location was perfect right at the end of Kihei near all the major highways you needed to get wherever on the island. When we go back we will definitely stay again!”

“Kula Botanical Garden is located on the slopes of Haleakala and encompasses 8 acres of colorful and unique plants, amazing rock formations, a covered bridge, waterfall, koi pond, aviary and the carved tiki exhibit. We have hundreds of varieties of plants for you to enjoy and photograph. Most plants are labeled with their botanical name, common name, and country of origin. Included in the garden is a collection of native Hawaiian plants.”
