Condo #10 is an ocean view unit located on the upper level with easy beach access. Cast all your cares away while enjoying the ocean view from your bedroom and private lanai. This condo will sleep 4 comfortably with a King Size Bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities included in this unit are the split system A/C, ceiling fans and TV in both the bedroom and living room. Parking is complimentary and WIFI is unlimited. Condo #10 is part of the Kihei Kai Rental Association which has an on-site office and an after-hour phone number for your convenience.
“This is a beautiful condo that is right next to the beach! The condo was as advertised and had all the necessary utensils that made our stay comfortable. They also had books and games to play. The communication with the host was seamless. The hosts reached out in messenger when the communication through Airbnb was not working and was quick to respond. The location is breathtaking! Waking up to the sound of the waves and the coconut trees was refreshing and everything I needed on a vacation! Would 100% recommend this place!”

Fourth Friday Town Party in Kihei
Every month on the fourth Friday Kihei town gathers together at the Azeka shopping center for a party for all ages. This event runs from 6-9 pm. Enjoy free entertainment, a classic car show, food booths, arts, crafts, and local shopping!
As June arrives the sunny days are getting longer and warmer. This is the perfect time of year for a Maui vacation with gorgeous warm days and fewer crowds. At Kihei Kai days are spent splashing in the pool and evenings are spent lounging on the lawn while the sun drops into the sea. While guests aren’t out on adventures they enjoy the beach access and barbecue grills in the yard.

Sweet Sugar Beach
Just down the street from Kihei Kai you’ll find a few small local businesses including our absolute favorite island bakery, Sugar Beach Bake Shop. Hours are Monday-Thursday 6am to 2pm and Friday-Saturday 6am to 4pm.
“Sugar Beach Bake Shop handcrafts from the freshest ingredients, including sweet cream butter, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, fresh-picked lilikoi, Dole Bananas and Pineapples and Maui Meyer Lemon zest. Inspired by local flavors and ingredients, our ever-changing selection of desserts and “favorites” are always baked fresh daily. Serving up fresh-brewed Hawaiian OMA coffee and house-made lemonades and much ALOHA all day!”
