Reservation Policies for Kihei Kai Oceanfront Condos are listed below. For reservations, go to Our Condos page for a full list of our Maui ocean front vacation condo’s seasonal rates, availability calendars, photos and descriptions. These reservation policies are subject to change.
- All rates subject to change.
- Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
- Late check out option may be available and will be charged an additional night at the current nightly rate. (excluding taxes) Please arrange ahead of time if needed. If the guest checks out late without prior approval, a fee of $100 may be charged.
- Rates subject to all applicable Hawaii state taxes.
- Deposit of $300 per unit.
- Balance will be automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- Prices based on 2 person occupancy. A $10 charge per night, per additional occupant over 2 years of age will be added to the per diem rate.
- Additional guests found occupying a condo NOT PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED with Rental Management shall be subject to a $50 fee per night, per additional occupant, added to the daily per diem rate.
- $79 Reservation and Guest Service Fee charged for all stays (excluding taxes)
- $185 (excluding taxes) Cleaning Fee charged for all stays.
- We are a smoke free resort. No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on our resort property. When there is evidence of smoking in the unit or on the lanai you will be charged $300 for a deep cleaning of the unit. This policy is strictly enforced.
