Building Stabilization Update
This past month, construction crews successfully raised the damaged portion of the building. Exterior support beams are now being installed for stabilization. Noise remains minimal and not disruptive. Secure fencing has been placed around the building site for everyone’s safety. Curtains have been added to reduce visibility of the construction.
Once stabilization is complete, work will pause until the next phase begins. At this time, a start date for the next phase has not been confirmed. Construction is anticipated to gradually begin at the start of next year.

We say “Aloha!” to our new rental manager, April! April has recently moved to Maui from Washington and is excited to bring her management experience, work ethic and Aloha Spirit to Kihei Kai.
